WHAT’s INCLUDED
- Initial Consultation: Before we start, we’ll have an initial consultation by phone or video (Zoom) to go over what your church will need, if you want to be able to update it or have me update it over time, and other details.
- Graphic Design: If you don’t currently have a logo, I will design one for you. If any stock images or videos are needed during the design phase, those will be included (no extra cost).
- Mobile-Friendly Website: I build a custom WordPress (or Duda, if you prefer) website built just for your church or ministry. Options include multi-language features, custom domain name, and more.
- Social Media Account (optional): If you don’t already have a Facebook account set up for your church, this is a great way to share weekly schedules, share upcoming events, and other important information.
- Ongoing Support (optional): After the website is published, I offer routine updates and maintenance to your website if needed for a low monthly or annual fee.

Every website project is unique and tailored to your specific ministry, so costs can vary. It also depends on if you choose to go with the Website Only package (your website is created on your hosting site and you manage/update it) or if you go with the Website & Hosting package.
Each website is designed using the WordPress or Duda platform and includes easy-to-use drag and drop editors.
Depending on the size and complexity of your website, a website with 8 pages typically takes 4 weeks for design and development.
Yes. Without getting too technical, this is a very easy process that I will help you with.
If you don’t currently have a domain name (website address), I also include that in my website packages.
Yes. Your new website is 100% responsive which means it will look amazing on every screen!
1) First, you sign up for a free initial consultation. During this stage, we will go over what you need and present a few package options for you to choose from.
2)Then I begin the design and development process. Any info, logos, images, or other content you already have are sent to me at this time.
3) A draft website is sent to you for review. Any revisions are then made with your provided feedback.
4) After the final revision, I’ll connect your website to your domain and launch it.
Tired of struggling to update your website or make needed changes? I love partnering with my clients post-launch through an ongoing Website Management plan. During the initial consultation, I will share these options with you to consider. You are also welcome to start a management plan in the future if you change your mind and decide to let me help with routine updates.
The standard payment structure for Website Only plans requires a 50% deposit to begin and secure your project, followed by 25% at the midpoint (when you receive the draft), and the final 25% upon the launch of your completed website.
For website packages that include hosting and ongoing maintenance, a 50% deposit is required to start your project, the remaining 50% is due when your site is published, and then there is a monthly or annual fee for the ongoing maintenance and hosting (normally about $40/month, depending on the maintenance package chosen).
